Delivery

Delivery currently is to UK mainland addresses only.

We know that the way a parcel is delivered is as important as the contents of the parcel.  To deliver an excellent service, we insist on using the best track and trace system available for each relevant delivery location;  normally this is via Parcelforce for the UK mainland.

The delivery charge

Charges for the UK and Ireland are as follows:

England & Wales: £5.00
Scotland: £12.00
Channel Islands: £14.00
Northern Ireland: £15.00
Rep. of Ireland: £20.00

Tha above prices include VAT. This charge INCLUDES a gift card with any message you want to send, as well as the protective packaging for the shipment.  This is UK mainland, and there might be a surcharge for the Highlands and islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Northern Ireland.

Track your order

You (as the buyer) will receive an email from our carrier when your order is shipped and this gives you exclusive access to the carrier's systems to track and trace the progress of your order.

Importantly, our delivery is the SAME COST whether it be 1 bottle or 12 bottles per location, ie. it is a PER LOCATION delivery charge.  Hence the comment that "more is less";  effectively if you buy 12 bottles of the same design to the same location, the delivery charge works out at 75p per bottle!

If you are out

If you, or the recipient of your parcel, is out, then the courier company will leave a message by placing a card through your door.  You will also be made aware of this through the track and trace facility above.

We prefer to use Parcelforce for our UK deliveries and the main reason for this is because if you are out when they try and deliver your parcel, it is delivered to your local Post Office instead.  You can arrange for this to be redelivered at a time when you will be in OR you can arrange to collect it at a time to suit you from your local Post Office.

If you fail to arrange redelivery or collect the parcel from the Post Office then it will get returned to Park Lane after a certain period of time.  If this happens a delivery surcharge may apply.
